Introducing Papua

Need some vacation?
Looking for a beautiful places??
I recommanded you to take a trip to Papua, Indonesia. We have a lot of beautiful places and beach. Such us Pasir Putih Beach in Manokwari, Base-G Beach in Jayapura City and many more.
Now, i want to share some photos of my family's holiday. They look so happy, and having a good time.

That's pretty, right? A tropic places, having fun with your children and get relax.

But, you need to know about Papua. It's my pleasure if i can give you some information, so you know Papua, and you can tell other people about Papua. And  I will be so glad if you guy want to came to my hometown . So, there is about Papua

Papua is a super big island and splitting in 2 province, they are Papua and West Papua.

Indonesia should be proud to have Papua in their country because, Papua has big potential in ecotourism. Papua has beautiful nature, still traditional, and beautiful people. Papua has everything. It has beach, land, bautiful lake such as Sentani Lake or Paniai Lake,  highest mountain in Indonesia and South East Asia, and some beautiful island, such as Raja Ampat Island.

There are some picture of my friends and me in Hamadi Beach, Jayapura City. Hamadi beach is not a really good beach, the beach isn't clean enough because it located in the big city.

This is some photos about Mansinam Island. I take it from http://charlesroring.wordpress.com.

And don't forget about Raja Ampat Island!! You can see much more about Raja Ampat Island in http://infowahyudi.blogspot.com/2012/06/raja-ampat-islands-indonesia.html

What a beautiful place, isn't it?
If you boring about going to a beach or some island, it's good too, if you come to see our Cartensz Pyramide that located near to Tembagapura, Papua.

Common name: Carstensz Pyramid
Original name: Puncak Jaya, Nemangkawi, Ngga Pulu, Carstensz Toppen, Gunung Sukarno
Location: Sudirman Range, Papua, Indonesia
Altitude: 4,884 meters (16,024 feet)
First (western) ascent: Heinrich Harrer, 1962
Facts and trivia: Although first sighted from afar by Jan Carstensz in 1623, the mountain was not registered and Carstensz was ridiculed for claiming there was snow this close to the equator until another Dutchman, Hendrik Albert Lorentz, reached the snowfields of Puncak Jaya in 1909. It took another 53 years before the peak peak was climbed by Austrian mountaineer Heinrich Harrer (well-known for his “7 years in Tibet”, Eiger North Face, and “I come from the stone age” book).
Carstensz Pyramid is the highest island peak in the world, and technically the hardest of the 7 Summits. The standard route is up the north face and along the summit ridge, which is all hard rock surfaces and requires technical climbing skills. In addition, it is also one of the least accessible of the 7 Summits; the Grasberg mine does not allow hikers and the general public on their territory, requiring a 100-km hike from the nearest town with an airport, Timika, to the base camp, which usually takes about 4-6 days each way.
The mountain can be climbed all year round. This does not mean the weather is good for climbing all year round; as it is very close to the equator, it rains/snows a lot as the wet winds are pushed upwards from all sides.

    1. oh ya? hahaha, I think logically its location far away from anywhere in this contry--to reach Jayapura from Jakarta, for example, you must spend about 5 hours or more. I mean it related to expensive of airplane ticket. But, anyway thanks for your attention about this land. hehee...

Hello there

It is been a long time since my last post. I lost my lust to either write nor read. It is sad, I know. I have been encouraging myself to  read this whole summer and tried to read some books but I have not finished one yet. Then, just before I write this, I was checking on my twitter and realized it is been a long time since I wrote my last post. I mean, I am not really a writer, I did not write story, poems and other, but at least I used to be able to put my feelings into word. So, this some kind of a come back haha (sorry it might be too much). This is my third year in college. I cannot say much about my college life, I am kind of disappointed with myself.  Everything seems to fall apart  and I need motivation to keep moving on. I feel tired of studying. No, it does not mean that I do not like to learn anymore. I just feel like my life does not go anywhere. When everybody is about to start their first job, I am not even sure when I can graduate. I want to be better. I ...

Ohh, indahnya kenangan semasa SMA :D  Sambil jalan-jalan sore, kami menyusuri pertigaan jalan masuk sekolah. Pemandangan di situ cukup bagus. Kami senang mengambil gambar di situ. :D Hehehe, mufo yah. (*mufo = muka foto) Masih banyak lagi yang mau aku share. Tapi belum ada waktu nih. Besok mau UN :( . Tunggu yah, postingan selanj...
